Customs Fees & Other Uncommon Taxes

Most of the customs fees are displayed and charged at the time of purchase online, but customers are responsible for any additional applicable customs fees & other uncommon taxes at the reception of the products. We do our best to help minimize these charges by splitting large orders into multiple shipments when possible. However, customs fees are unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee whether or not you will be charged. Refusal to pay customs fees is not a valid reason for a refund.

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window of time to correct any errors. It is the buyer’s responsibility to select the correct size when placing an order. As we strive to expedite processing and shipping, there is only a short timeframe to make changes. If you think you have chosen the wrong size, please contact us immediately by email.

Disclaimer for Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If tracking information confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, you must contact the carrier or local authorities to investigate the issue. We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen or lost items.

Customer Advisory

Adding a phone number, for contact, to an order is optional, yet is advised being that our logistics team will use such contact information to reach out to you if there is a problem with delivering your package.
For international addresses located in the U.K., please list the shire that you are located in as the "city" for your order and input the name of your township as the "second address."
For international addresses located in Australia, please list the LGA (Local Government Area) that you are located in as the "city" for your order and input the name of your town/village/city as the "second address."

Policy Violations

We take our policies seriously. Any attempt to circumvent them may result in legal action and could be treated as an act of attempted fraud.

Once an order has been shipped, initiating a cancellation or refund request through your financial institution without first contacting us will be considered a breach of our terms and may lead to a formal dispute being filed by our company.
